有些视频，IINA和MovistPro都播放不流畅，你可以换一个播放器试试。你给的这个视频就是这种情况，（或许是TNT的原因吧），但用nPlayer就很流畅。

又上windows下，用MPC-HC播放器，默认设置可以流畅播放上面那个hevc4k视频了
但是gpu的video decode根本没用上啊
看另一个视频，h264的就显示用了video decode
