config-video里：
Default Primary Video Device为PCI Express
Graphics Device为Discrete
OS Detection for Switchable Graphics为Disabled
这时候为独显
Default Primary Video Device为Internal
Graphics Device为Intergrated
OS Detection for Switchable Graphics为Disabled
这时候为集显
xp下的集显要下载公版驱动安装，lenovo没提供官方驱动
